I wear mine when working outside in the winter. I can keep my hands warm and they are large enough I can wear mechanic gloves under them if I need a bit more dexterity. Perfect for shoveling snow, digging a car out of the ditch, hunting, or generally anything outside when the weather is below freezing.

They are warm, and when situations arise where you need the extra dexterity of having the finger available instead of trying to work with a full mitt, these are perfect.

I had to return the mittens, even though I really liked them, but they were just too large. I simply returned the mittens, in the same bag they came in, and got a refund.

Fast shipping, had to do a return for a different size and the customer service was excellent and fast. I love the hat, it's extremely warm and stylish!

That Russian sizing is one size bigger than American but Dmitri was kind and patient and everyone loves the gloves

These gloves are heavy duty canvas like material with sheepskin lining. I had to order the XL because they were sold out of the large and they are a little big on me but very warm and well worth the money. The quality is great and I believe these will last a lifetime. I'll be keeping these and I've also ordered a pair of the regular mittens in size large without the index finger. Can't wait to get them. They will be my 4th purchase from Ushanka this month. Great company, great products.

I can operate the trigger on rifles and handguns with a larger trigger guard (AK rifles and PM Makarov pistols, as well as Mosins). Absolutely awesome mittens, I use em when it gets cold and I want to hit the range with Russian weapons particularly. To all the others complaining about these mittens and not being able to grip with em, well you're probably using them outside their intended purpose

Huge authentic Russian army sniper gloves! I always wanted to have this type of gloves and am so happy that I found it here on amazon. While searching for these I only found very expensive alternatives, which also did not look like the real deal. When I got these home, I was curious whether they really protect your hands against very cold temperatures and I was not disappointed! I can only recommend, super deal!

These are very large gloves even on a full grown man. Warm but huge

For the money these are pretty good! They aren't very functional but will keep your hands nice and warm. Don't expect a new product....these are vintage Russian gloves...never used but they aren't brand new. Overall...I'm very please with them. You aren't really going to be able to work in these. More just warm hands while u are waiting to pull the trigger. I got a pair of nice glove liners to go with them
