Excellent quality. I would recommend getting a size 1 cm bigger than your head. For example if you measure 64 cm, I would get a 65 cm size. That way it is not too tight.

I have purchased 5 rabbit ushankas in 6 years, first for myself then gifts for the family. They are amazing! Excellent service every order. The only drawback is they are useless above 40 degrees! But they are awesome below that, we wore them in -17 in Montana and they are the warmest hat ever. 6 years and mine is still perfect. It’s been tossed around, stuffed in backpacks! I’ve purchased 3 of these Ushanka Rabbit Fur hats in the last year. They’re excellent quality, great craftsmanship, extremely warm in cold weather. The different ways to wear them is also a bonus. I would suggest getting 1 size larger than your actual head size, but if you like a tight fit then order your normal size. I’ve warn these in the blustery cold and windy conditions in Wyoming and was amazed at how well my head stayed warm while the rest of my body was feeling the impact of the frigid temperatures. I would totally, without hesitation recommend Ushanka hats to anyone! The price is great and shipping is fast! Quality is DEFINITELY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. I bought this hat for my daughter for her birthday. I have a hard time getting her to wear a hat. She really needs a warm one because she is a swimmer and has to walk a ways to and from the natatorium with wet hair on a cold day. She lost her old faux fur hat, so I was looking for a perfect replacement. I DEFINITELY found one. The hat is beautiful, she has received so many compliments. It is so very soft. As for warmth, absolutely perfect! I got it to her just before the weather turned cold, and she said it is keeping her warm. When she opened the box her whole face lit up, all smiles. I did buy the hat on sale for $60. That was a GREAT price because her faux fur was more than that years ago at a mall store. Also, the old hat did not fit her as well as the Ushanka. Sometimes she had to hold her hand on the old one so it would not blow off as she walked. I measured her head and the size I bought was true. I had no problem with ordering, fast and easy. The hat came when it was supposed to, fast. She actually received it on her birthday. SO, THANKS!

As with most measurements are not going to avoid returns. But this brand not only felt plush and great but it fit without feeling like you were struggling to get a balloon over a watermelon.

Quite happy with the black and white rabbit I received. My earlier black rabbit was 57, my normal size, and fit a bit tight. Ordering a 58 fits perfectly. Nice thing about the rabbit is that it's not as warm as the mouton. I actually found the mouton to be too warm for me in southeast Wisconsin, but the rabbit is perfect.

The second i felt the hat i was really impressed with how good the material/fur feels. It feels antithetic, like it came straight out of Russia or Germany. Worth the money, also great for winters here in NY!

In just a few hours, I can totally feel the difference between a ushanka and the wool tuque I've had for years. I just can't compare both. I am also amazed at the quality of the item. Not only does it feel specifically made to withstand extreme temperatures, I can finally see why russian officials, various other military figures and citizens have been using them for years because it honestly surpasses any modern day winter hats made of synthetic fabric claiming to be "ultra-hot" under extreme cold. I got this for my husband, he didn't try it yet, but I did, and I love it and he'll love it too no doubt about it. The hat is mostly white and fur really is very luxurious and soft.
