RETURN FOR REFUND:
Ushanka.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
We accept returns on all products sold by our company within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, used, or washed.
Simply send your unworn and unused item back to us.
DEFECTIVE, WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ITEM RECEIVED:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please return it within 30 days of receipt, and we will promptly arrange an exchange or issue a refund. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs. Please email us if any part of your order is missing or incomplete.
HAT STYLE / HAT SIZE EXCHANGE:
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, the most efficient method is to return the original item and place a new order. This will ensure you receive the product you want as quickly as possible.
