RETURN FOR REFUND:
Ushanka.com is committed to customer satisfaction.
If, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money in full – no questions asked.
We accept returns on all products sold by out company within 45 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed.
Just send your unworn/unused item back to us.
DEFECTIVE, WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ITEM RECEIVED:
If you received defective item or wrong item, please return it within 45 days of receipt and we will promptly arrange an exchange or issue a refund. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or we will issue credit for the return shipping costs, if return is a result of our error. Please email us if a part of your order is missing or incomplete.
HAT STYLE / HAT SIZE EXCHANGE:
If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, the most efficient method is to return original item and to place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
