I bought my first Ushanka in early 2021 & like the warmth & the quality so much that I bought my sister & brother in law each one for Christmas 2024! I bought a white one for me in 2021 & got my sister a white one & my brother in law a gray one.

I got one of these for myself, and I bought one as a gift for a friend (she loves hers). I wore the hat to a doctor’s appointment when the wind chill was -30 degrees, and I got 3 compliments on it in an hour. I also recently drove from Washington to Minnesota for Christmas during a cold front. The car thermometer hit a low of -14 degrees in North Dakota. My hat kept me warm while pumping gas. I really like being able to wear the hat in 3 different ways. I will definitely buy from this shop again and recommend it to others. This hat is super warm, high quality, and very attractive as well. It is definitely for freezing temperatures. The size ushanka (59) that worked for me correlated exactly with my hat size (7-3/8) on the sizing chart. My only critique is that my bank locked my debit card after the purchase because of the sketchy looking transaction title the company uses. I sent an email to them mentioning this.

I have a somewhat abnormally large head and I got the biggest size available but it was still a tad too tight, they had included instructions in order to safely stretch or shrink the hat a few sizes which I followed and it worked perfectly. The hat is very warm, extremely comfortable, and made of very high quality materials. Couldn't recommend it enough!

I got the hat in 3 days. It was packaged well and was a real, authentic hat that was made in Belarus. It fit perfectly and is very comfortable. Get one, you won't regret it.

I originally bought a rabbit ushanka from this website about 7-8 years ago. It lasted me and kept me warm through all sorts of very harsh conditions. I lived in a canvas tent high in the mountains of Washington where at night temps were easily dropping to -25f to -30f every night for a month straight. In the winter I almost never took my hat off, I even slept with it on. I have no doubt that my hat saved my life a few times. The thing that finally did my hat in is a coyote dog puppy that I just got, he thought it was delicious. So I recently just ordered two more hats a brown rabbit and white sheep. I cannot recommend these hats enough. The best ushankas you can buy.

I wish I'd of ordered it a month before I did, as I didn't have it for the coldest 2 wks. of winter we had. I think it'll be extremely warm & the quality seems to be exceptional. Probably won't be able to give it a real test until next winter.

I just received my sheepskin Ushanka and am more than pleased with it. I am replacing an old rabbit fur Ushanka hat that I bought in Russia about 18 years ago.
